Dr. Phillips grew up in Claremore, Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Biology degree in 1993. He went to the Illinois College of Optometry and graduated with his doctoral degree in 1997. Dr. Phillips lives in Texarkana, Tx with his wife and two children.

Dr. McCall is a native of Atlanta, Texas and a graduate of Southern Arkansas University where he received a bachelor's degree in biology. He graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2006. He and his wife have four children and love being close to their family and friends. When not at work, Dr. McCall is busy with kids' activities, enjoys playing golf, and being involved in his church.

Dr. Summers grew up in Atlanta, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M - Texarkana in 2001 with a bachelor's in Secondary Education with an emphasis in  English and History. He graduated from the Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2009 with his Doctor of Optometry and returned to Texarkana to practice. Dr. Summers is married and has two kids. He enjoys traveling and watching sports.

Dr. Priscilla Kier completed her Bachelor of Science degree through Northeastern State University in Oklahoma, and then went on to finish her Doctor of Optometry degree at the NSU Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2017. Dr. Kier has lived and practiced in the Texarkana area since graduation. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, and honing her skills in the kitchen.

A native of Ontario, Canada, Dr. Bako attended Connors State College, North Carolina State University, and earned his undergraduate degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2013 while also playing collegiate baseball. Notably Dr. Bako was selected by the Pittsburg Pirates in the 2009 MLB amateur draft.  He went on to attend the University of Missouri - St. Louis College of Optometry and graduated with his doctoral degree in 2017. Dr. Bako lives in Garvin, OK with his wife Meghan and two children Sam and Slade.
