Meet Our Doctors
DR. JEFF PHILLIPS PARTNER
Dr. Phillips grew up in Claremore, Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Biology degree in 1993. He went to the Illinois College of Optometry and graduated with his doctoral degree in 1997. Dr. Phillips lives in Texarkana, Tx with his wife and two children.
DR. MCCALL PARTNER
Dr. McCall is a native of Atlanta, TX (class of 1997). He graduated from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, AR with a Biology degree, and then received his optometry degree from Indiana University in 2006. Dr. McCall lives in Atlanta, TX with his wife and four daughters.
Dr. Priscilla Kier Associate
Dr. Priscilla Kier grew up in Locust Grove, OK and graduated from Northeastern State University with a bachelor's degree in Biology in 2013. She went on to attend the Oklahoma College of Optometry and graduated with her doctoral degree in 2017. She lives in Texarkana with her husband and her daughter.
Dr. Summers Associate
Dr. Summers grew up in Atlanta, TX and graduated Northeastern State University College of Optometry in 2009.
He lives in Texarkana, Tx with his wife and two children.
